Kellie Pickler was pranked on Wednesday’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
The American Idol alum jumped back as a Faith Hill impersonator burst from a side table and screamed.
‘The heart condition doesn’t discriminate against age,’ the 31-year-old singer quipped as she held her hand to her chest.

Ellen asked if Kellie knew a prank was in store and she answered: ‘Well, I took a shot before I came out here. I gotta have my liquid courage.’
One of Ellen’s staff members donned a blonde wig and a Tim McGraw shirt to impersonate Faith.
Faith is the executive producer for Kellie’s new CMT talk show Pickler & Ben which co-stars Ben Aaron.

‘She comes to the studio and she’s in jeans and a T-shirt and a ball cap and no makeup. And she’s rearranging the set and brought pieces from her own home—from hers and Tim’s home.
‘They have no furniture or pictures on the wall or anything because it’s all in our studio,’ she joked.
When asked about working with her co-host, Kellie replied: ‘Ben is like the older brother I never had, so it’s been a great playing off each other.’
And Kellie admitted she has not pulled a prank on Pickler & Ben in case someone may have their own heart condition.
‘I look at it as we’re giving them aerobic activity,’ Ellen retorted in jest.
Pickler & Ben debuted in September 2017 on CMT.
