Kelly Clarkson doesn’t mind if someone compliments her on her weight loss and smoking hot body.

In fact, she wants them to.

The entertainer, 43, who seems torn between the duties on The Kelly Clarkson Show and her desires to tour, opened up about her frustration at having to observe strict Human Resources rules when it comes to her new look during her concert on Saturday night.

The hitmaker was performing at the Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena in Atlantic City, New Jersey when she began chatting with a fan about her ‘sexy’ appearance per People.

Clarkson showed off her hard won curves in a sparkling black body suit with long sleeves and a mock turtle neck. Her long, blonde hair was styled in loose waves.

The Emmy winner has admitted she used a prescription medication to aid in her weight loss, which also included exercise and healthier eating.

As she spoke with the audience member, the Grammy winner relayed she often became frustrated with having to keep her comments to herself.

‘Every time I go to an HR meeting, I’m like, “How have I not been fired?” I grew up on the road at 19 years old, you know what I’m saying? I’m like, “Oh, that is inappropriate. I would never,”‘ she asserted regarding negative comments about someone’s appearance.

‘But they also say you’re not allowed to say someone looks attractive, and I say f**k that,’ the Stronger artist exclaimed.

‘Because some of those b**ches are out here working, and we’re trying, and I want every motherf****r that passes me to go, “Damn. Well done,”‘ she said.

Recalling an argument she had with an HR rep regarding complimenting someone on their improved appearance, she said she’d been scolded.

‘They were like, “Well, it might make people feel bad that they looked bad before.” I was fat before, so I’m saying I want you to say, “Damn,”‘ she told her fans.

Clarkson reminded the audience there’s ‘nothing wrong’ with anyone’s body and that she felt ‘very confident’ when she was heavier.

‘I felt fine both ways, but I’m just saying it’s a lot more fun with clothes now. And I’ve been working on it,’ she said.

She then thanked the fan for the compliment, joking she would not be reporting them to HR.

Clarkson also commented that the Hard Rock Live venue in Atlantic City was a good one for her.

‘We love the talk show, but we usually don’t get to do shows because of the schedule, so thank you so much,’ she said.

‘It’s cool,’ she added, ‘It’s only like two hours away from home in New York City.’

The American Idol alum will be performing at her Las Vegas residency July 4 through August 16 at The Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace, returning for more dates November 7 through 15.
