But that has not stopped Kelly Rowland from keeping her body in tiptop shape as she got in a pregnancy-approved workout on Tuesday afternoon.

She was referencing to her go-to fitness coach Rebecca Broxterman, who had Rowland perform a series of strength exercises atop a yoga mat.
Kelly donned a cropped long sleeve top and a pair of matching leggings by Kate Hudson’s brand Fabletics for her workout session.
Rowland happens to be one of many brand-ambassadors for Fabletics.
She wore her naturally curly hair down, but kept some of the strands out of her face with a black cloth headband.

For Kelly’s first workout move, she performed a series of banded leg lifts, while in the push-up position.
In a follow-up clip, Rowland made use of the kettle bell to her side by doing a number of arm exercises with it.
Tagging her fitness coach once more, the Hitman songstress remarked that her workout routine ‘used to be so easy’ for her to complete prior to pregnancy,’ adding: ‘I’m not so sure anymore! Lol!’

Kelly revealed her pregnancy news on the October cover of Women’s Health magazine, where she opened up about how the coronavirus lockdown contributed to her and Tim’s choice to have another baby.
