Kelsea Ballerini asks her fans if Taylor Swift had been playing one of her favorite songs

Kelsea Ballerini stops her concert to ask the audience if Taylor Swift had been playing one of her favorite songs during her Eras Tour

Kelsey Ballerini briefly paused her Friday night concert to ask her audience about the set list for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.

The 29-year-old singer was performing at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, when she became curious about the songs that the 33-year-old had been playing.

The hitmaker, who was recently spotted with her boyfriend Chase Stokes, is currently in the middle of her Heartfirst Tour, which kicked off in New York City last September.

In a video that was captured by TikTok user @dariaroseee_, Ballerini asked the crowd that had assembled for her performance if Swift regularly played one of her favorite songs.

She inquired: ‘I just have one question. I’m going to stop after this but I just have one question…is Cruel Summer on the setlist?’

After the crowd cheered in an apparent confirmation of her query, the hitmaker briefly spoke about how she was particularly fond of the track.

‘Wow, that’s my Super Bowl, I’ve got to be honest. Alright. Wow. That’s all I needed to know. Thank you for that,’ she said.

Ballerini embarked on her Heartfirst Tour in support of her most recently-released album, Subject to Change.

The first single from the album, also entitled Heartfirst, was released to the public last April.

The track went on to peak at number 19 on Billboard’s US Hot Country Songs chart.

The record made its debut on September 23 of last year and received generally positive reviews from critics.

Following the release of the album, Ballerini went on to share another single, If You Go Down (I’m Goin’ Down Too), in December.

The song eventually made it to the number 46 spot on Billboard’s US Country Airplay listing.
