Kendall Jenner tried her hand at acting for a new video to accompany her recent Vogue cover, and the result is quite strange.
The 22-year-old stars on the front of the April issue of the fashion magazine, and along with her cover shoot and interview, she participated in a quirky, artsy video in which she is seen getting ready in the morning while staying at a hotel.
During the three-minute clip, Kendall’s inner monologue can be heard by way of a voice-over — and the reality star certainly thinks some unexpected things.

Good question: She stares at herself in the mirror and brushes her teeth while wondering things like, ‘I wonder how many hairs are in one eyebrow?’
Musings: She also pondered what question her bathroom was painted – eventually settling on ‘seafoam’ instead of mint
On the go… The star walks through a hotel room and admits at the time of filming that she hadn’t slept at home in 17 days
The clip begins with Kendall stepping out of the shower. She wipes the condensation of the mirror and looks at herself, playing with her wet hair.
‘I wonder how many hairs are in one eyebrow?’ the voice-over says.
She continued on to put toothpaste on a toothbrush, and she brushes her teeth as she wonders about the color scheme in the bathroom, absently trying to guess what the particular shade of green is called.
‘ I haven’t slept at home in 17 days,’ she thinks, still brushing. ‘Did I leave the gas on?’
Once she is dressed, she is seen walking through what appears to be a New York City hotel room. Her voice plays, and she wonders if she is awake and where she is.
Hmm… She spends a lot of time staring at a spoon before breakfast
Yum: The star eats cereal, though there are also pancakes and pastries in front of her
First? ‘Who invented modeling? Does anyone even know who the first model was?’ she thinks
Sitting at table, she gazes for a long time at her reflection in the back of a spoon. She thinks, ‘I don’t even know who I am anymore.’
The clip shows her pouring milk over a bowl of cereal as she begins to work on a large breakfast in front of her. She stares at the cereal in her spoon for a surprisingly long time before eating it.
‘Who invented modeling? Does anyone even know who the first model was?’ she thinks, as the camera cuts to her curling her eyelashes in a mirror.
‘This side of my face is good. I wish I could face the world only from the right,’ the voice-over continues, as she moves her head from side to side.

The look: Kendall has actually worn glasses on more than one occasion
Style: It is unclear if she needs them for her vision or simply likes the look
Kendall then picks up an eyebrow pencil, filling in one of her brows. In the strangest twist yet, she continues to draw past her brow, circling her eye entirely. She completes the look, drawing a pair of black-framed glasses directly onto her face.
She wonders if the look is ‘in vogue’ before the video cuts out.
Vogue seemed to have been aiming for an overall bizarre theme with Kendall for this issue. On the cover of the magazine, the star poses with a cockatoo on her hand, cozying up with the bird close to her face.
Inside, she models several glamorous designer dress — as well as an enormous wreath of baby’s breath around her face.
Speaking to the magazine, Kendall talked about feeling burned out after three and a half years of near-constant work.

‘I made it a point at the beginning of 2017 to consciously slow down, take more time for myself, be more selective and not just do whatever my agents tell me to do,’ she said.
‘I had a lot of people in the industry say to me, “I know you have a busy schedule — what do you do to stay calm, cool, and collected?” I was like, “Um, nothing?” And then one day, when I was having a freak-out — I was having multiple freak-outs — I was like, OK, I’m going to try this,’ she said of taking up horseback riding.’
She also dished on little sister Kylie’s pregnancy and baby, Stormi.
‘It’s not that it’s more exciting than any other births in the family — it’s different exciting, because she’s my baby sister who I grew up with,’ she said.
‘We all grew up in twos: Kourtney and Kim grew up together; Rob and Khloé; Brandon and Brody; Burton and Casey, and then Kylie and I. So to see my best friend growing up have a baby? It’s already made us even closer.’
