The 44-year-old mogul — whose latest SKIMS campaign features Kate Hudson — had on a full face of makeup as she exited the cosmetic office.
The mother-of-four was clad in a black trench coat, which she layered over a dark sweatsuit.
Her raven locks were swept back into a tight ponytail that flowed down her back.
The star was spotted with longtime stylist Danielle Levi and also joined by friend Brittny Gastineau.

Kim appeared in various promotional shots for the lipsticks with long, bone-straight red locks.
