Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s on-again/off-again divorce has hit a new milestone.

The Real Housewife of Atlanta, 45, claims that she and her estranged husband, 38, are still living together and still having sex. 

And she wants the divorce dismissed because, in her opinion, the relationship isn’t ‘irretrievably broken.’

In legal documents obtained by TMZ, the reality TV personality claims she’s ‘repeatedly’ having sex with her ex with the most recent rendezvous on September 7. 

Now, Kim is reportedly just ignoring the divorce petition, still wearing her wedding ring and insists she and Kroy will get back together.

Biermann and Zolciak both filed for divorce in early May after more than 11 years of marriage. 

But they have since been on and off so many times, it is difficult to keep track of. Cynics have suggested the relationship highs and lows have been manufactured to serve as reality TV show fodder. 

A few days ago, the mother of six shared a glammed up photo of herself on social media and said she was ‘feeling extremely grateful.’ 

That post came after her former NFL player husband claimed in court that they are ‘financially destitute.’

Last week, Kroy asked a judge to allow the quick sale of the couple’s $3 million Georgia home, according to documents obtained by Page Six.

In the filings, he claimed they are in dire straits due to their overwhelming debts, which he largely attributed to the Don’t Be Tardy star’s ‘reckless spending habits and love for online gambling.’

Kroy told the judge he and Kim would be able to sell their home because the IRS has placed a $1.1 million lien on it.

He said that a quick sale would allow them to avoid the worst financial penalties, as the couple still have ‘some equity’ left in the home.

However, time is of the essence as foreclosure ‘looms on the horizon’ for the second time.

If the home goes into foreclosure, Kim and Kroy would get no money out of the equity they have in the home.

And despite Kim’s desire to fix the marriage, Kroy’s attorneys insist he has no intention of reconciling with her. 

‘I spoke with Kroy regarding the ‘reconciliation’ Kim announced over the weekend,’ Biermann’s attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, told Us Weekly.

That statement was released on September 11, five days after they reportedly last had sex.

‘There is no reconciliation, his resolve to see this divorce through to the end has not waivered.’
