Dan Bilzerian, the self-styled King Of Instagram, has revealed he shrugged off the pain of two heart attacks following a four-day drink and drugs binge by doing push-ups.
The American socialite says his binge drinking and excessive use of cocaine and Viagra during the bender has been his most terrifying health scare.
The millionaire poker player, now 37, was 25 at the time.
At first he said shrugged off the pain he felt in his shoulder – only to then drive himself to hospital when he began struggling to breathe.
He claims he was then treated by Dr Conrad Murray, who was jailed for four years for the involuntary manslaughter of pop legend Michael Jackson
Bilzerian has gained 22.6million followers on Instagram, who are hooked on his pictures of bikini-clad women, guns and cars as well as pictures of him with various celebrities.

Speaking to US TV host Graham Bensinger, he said he took six times the recommended dose of Viagra, ‘a lot’ of cocaine, pot and drank for four days straight with around an hour’s sleep.
After doing some push-ups, he became short of breath.
‘This was like day four, maybe had one hour’s sleep,’ he said.
‘I started to have this pain in my shoulder. I just thought okay, I might do some push-ups to move my shoulder around.
‘And then I called my mom and said “hey, get the family doctor on the phone”. While I’m waiting I’m getting short of breath and I’m like okay, something’s wrong.’
Bilzerian then explains that he realised from checking his GPS that the hospital was just ten miles away – so he decided to drive himself there.

‘By the time I see this doctor I can barely breathe, and he’ like holy **** you’re having a heart attack.’
He recalls thinking ‘I’m going to die for sure’ and said that the next day he had a second heart attack.
Bilzerian said he was treated by cardiologist Murray, who was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in 2011 following the death of the King of Pop.
The singer died two years prior after overdosing on propofol, an anesthetic provided by Murray, who served two years of a four-year sentence between 2011 and 2013.
The health shock wasn’t exactly a wake up call for Bilzerian, who actually threw away the medication he was supposed to be on for life after just a week and went on to share with his Instagram fans pictures of more wild nights out.
Because he survived the ordeal, he revealed he then thought of himself as a ‘bullet-proof tiger’.
