Kmart Australia has launched a brand new affordable homewares collection – sending loyal shoppers into a frenzy on social media.  

This latest range continues to take inspiration from Scandi minimalism and boho luxury with on-trend decor on offer for less than $20.

Budget-friendly pieces sure to please include mini macrame cushions, in two shades, priced at $12, glass egg terrariums for $5 and pantry labels, priced at $2 for 64.

LOUNGE AND LIVING 

When it comes to updating the lounge room, there’s no cheaper way than adding a few strategically placed cushions.

And to make sure your home looks fabulous without breaking the bank, Kmart has released several new items sure to please.

The Jamila cushion, priced at $12, is a black and grey textured item that adds a contemporary touch.

Other finds in this category include the Willow cushion in cream or beige, a priced at $12.

The mini macrame item, in a rectangle shape, features an intricately woven knotted string pattern.

BEDROOM DECOR

Adding a luxurious touch to the bedroom is easily done with several items from the store’s latest collection.

The Apollo cushion, priced at $12, comes in black and has been made using Devore velvet – a fabric that comes in a striped pattern.

Other affordable additions from the range include the new Dahlia cushion, priced at $8.

The round cushion has been fashioned in the perfect shade of off white and features a delicate fringing trim.

ACCESSORIES AND EXTRAS 

While the Scandi trend leans heavily in favour of a less is more approach, the right accessories are needed to ensure the home doesn’t look too bland.

Items worth considering that are part of the new range include a stunning glazed hanging pot, priced at a mere $5.

Another standout piece from the budget retailer is a ‘reactive’ glazed pot, which stands at 15cm and is priced at $7.

The latest trend in kitchens is a supremely organised pantry which means the right containers and labels are a must.

Those set to declutter and overhaul this space will be thrilled to know Kmart’s new collection includes stylish pantry labels priced at $2 for 64.

Young children and toddlers have also been included in the new range with the collection featuring a cute night light.

The Mushroom Dream Light, priced at $15, is a musical night lamp creates a pretty pattern of stars, hearts and moons when switched on.     

As Kmart hasn’t officially released all of these items yet, only a few are appearing in selected stores and online.
