The Australian discount store is struggling to keep stock of its Full Length Relaxed Jeans, which have already sold out online in sizes 12 to 20 – but you can still get your hands on a limited number of sixes, eights and 10s.

Shoppers have been raving about the jeans on Instagram, ever since Gold Coast fashion stylist Jessica Allen featured them in a reel dedicated to her favourite new Kmart pieces.

‘Hello spring wardrobe!’ the mother-of-one captioned the video.

The footage takes viewers through a haul of Ms Allen’s outfits, including one made up of a $6 tank top, a $30 linen blazer and the best-selling $20 jeans.

Made from cotton and elastane, the loose-fitting legs and high-waisted silhouette create a flattering look for women of all sizes, in a way few styles do.

The video, which has racked up 635 ‘likes’ since it was uploaded online on Sunday, drew delighted responses.

‘Those jeans!’ one woman replied, while a second wrote: ‘Go Kmart.’

A third said she loved the combination of the blazer and jeans, prompting Ms Allen to agree that she is ‘loving the new stock’.

And it’s not the first pair of Kmart jeans to make headlines this week.

Women are also racing to buy a $20 pair of ‘mum’ jeans, which are available in black and light-washed blue denim, online and in stores across Australia in sizes six to 20.

Shoppers have been snapping up the jeans since Sydney stylist Tina Abeysekara posted two outfit photos promoting them late last month.

Ms Abeysekara, who has built a following on her fashion blog Trash to Treasured by sharing tips for dressing stylishly on a budget, said she received ‘so many direct messages’ from fans wondering where they came from.

She said the jeans are ‘true to size’ and have a small bit of stretch which allows the fabric to hug the legs and cinch the waistline, making the body look slimmer.

Ms Abeysekara’s photos, which have racked up almost 2,100 ‘likes’ since they were uploaded online, quickly drew delighted responses.

‘Loving those denims!’ one woman wrote.

‘I have these and they are honestly the best,’ said a second, while a third added: ‘Oh I love the black so much! So stylish.’
