Australian shoppers are obsessed with a $20 pyjama set from Kmart they say is the ‘exact same’ as the popular $129 Peter Alexander satin set.
A bargain-hunting mum found the pink pair and shared it online, with other fans quickly chiming in to share their own love for the eye-popping, comfortable design.
The shirt and short pjs are available in striped pink, ebony and red and range in size from six to 22.

The mum shared the deal to popular bargain hunting Facebook group Markdown Addicts Australia.
‘If you don’t want to pay $129 at Peter Alexander then these Pj’s are just the same and only $20 at Kmart!’
One woman said that she has both brands and actually prefers the Kmart pair.
‘Peter Alexander satin material feels very nice and I like how the shorts have pockets. The Kmart ones don’t have pockets, but the shorts are much longer which I prefer,’ she said.
‘Overall I think the Kmart ones are a better option. Way cheaper, and have longer shorts, and still feel lightweight if you buy a pair that is one size up so they are loose.’

She said that although she likes the material and pockets in the Peter Alexander set she prefers the price tag of the Kmart set and the fact that the shorts are longer
Other shoppers also endorsed the budget friendly set.
‘They are so soft and light,’ one shopper said.
‘I have a pair of these and they are so comfy!’ another wrote.
However one woman warned that the pyjamas are ‘hard to get your hands on’.
Another woman said Kmart pyjamas are very long-lasting.
‘I’ve still got my Kmart pyjamas that I bought when I went into hospital when I had my twins 10 1/2 years ago,’ she said.
Parents were particularly delighted to see the bargain, as Peter Alexander pyjamas are a popular Christmas request from teenagers.

However, one mum warned that many teenagers will say the pyjamas are ‘not the same’.
Not everyone was convinced the Kmart pyjamas were worth the price.
‘Better quality? I highly doubt it,’ one woman said.
‘Do they have matching family though?’ another asked.
‘They are are not the same,’ another wrote.
‘No they’re not the same, there’s a $109 difference,’ a woman responded.
