Melbourne style influencer Victoria Latu stunned in her favourite picks from the collection and modelled the swimwear in an Instagram video.
‘Kmart knocked it out the park with its “shapewear in swimwear”. I have never felt so comfortable and supported in my swimsuit!’ she captioned the clip.
Posing in three different sets, Victoria first wore a navy blue underwire one-piece swimsuit with blue and yellow florals, followed by a white two-piece set with a leafy design.
Her third swimsuit of choice was the $22 V-neck mesh one piece in dark khaki green.
In the comments section of Victoria’s video others said she looked ‘so gorgeous’ and the bathers looked ‘flattering’.
The new collection is possibly the most stylish swimwear range the retailer has ever released.
A white linen ‘cover up’ top and black sarong to wear over the swimsuits are also available.

This isn’t the first time the retailer has launched comfortable swimwear, as in early 2020 shoppers couldn’t get enough of a pair of $12 bikini bottoms that were designed with a hidden tummy control feature.
The high waisted shapewear-like briefs worked in the same way Spanx do to ‘hold’ in the stomach area but this time it could be worn at the beach to give ladies a little extra confidence.
It was available in a gorgeous leopard print colourway or in plain black, with a matching $12 top with adjustable back straps, clasp closure and removable foam cups.

Kim from Steal Street was overjoyed to have ‘finally found them’ in her local store
Plus-size fashion model Lavi Love also purchased them in a size 18 and Kim from Steal Street was overjoyed to have ‘finally found them’ in her local store.
Kmart described the bottoms as their ‘go-to pick for a day of sun and surf’ because of the ‘shapewear power mesh’ feature that keeps your tummy taut.
They had an elastic waistband to help get into them and were machine washable after a day of use.
