Kodak Black uses a walker to leave hospital after being shot outside Justin Bieber’s LA party

Kodak Black was seen checking out of a hospital in Los Angeles on Monday after he was shot outside of Justin Bieber’s afterparty in West Hollywood in the early hours of Saturday.

The 24-year-old rapper appeared to require the assistance of a walker as he left Cedars-Sinai, as seen in a short clip obtained by TMZ.

Black was among four others who were shot when gunfire erupted outside of the star-studded afterparty at The Nice Guy, where stars including Drake, Khloé Kardashian, Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire were visiting.

Back on the outside: Kodak Black, 24, was seen leaving Cedars-Sinai hospital in LA in video obtained by TMZ on Monday. The rapper had been shot in the leg early Saturday morning outside Justin Bieber’s West Hollywood party; seen early Saturday in West Hollywood

The rapper — who was born Dieuson Octave but legally changed his name to Bill Kahan Kapri — could briefly be seen lumbering into a black SUV while surrounded by members of his entourage, some of whom are presumably his bodyguards.

He appeared to be having some difficulty getting into the vehicle as he left his metallic walker behind.

A tourist who watched in horror as Black and others were shot has claims the rapper and his friends were jumped after being denied entry to Justin Bieber’s afterparty.

Sydnie Beeman, 23, of Nashville, Tennessee, was standing outside the West Hollywood club with her mother and friends when shots were fired, injuring the rapper, his entourage and her friend.

‘There was like five of them and they walked to the back entrance to get in but the security said no one was going in and they had been told to lock the doors,’ Beeman told The Sun. ‘They were mad they couldn’t get in but everybody backed up and started to leave and go back to their cars and Drake left. Then one of the guys who was in Kodak’s entourage got jumped and was thrown on top of a red Ferrari.’

She added: ‘Kodak jumped in and started punching the guy who had jumped his friend and then a guy in a black hoodie pulled a gun and aimed it right at Kodak and just started shooting.’

Beeman, who was visiting LA for Super Bowl festivities ahead of Sunday’s game, told the news outlet she was about five feet away from the ‘terrifying, very, very scary’ shooting. She claims her group was forced to take cover as ‘bullets [were] ricocheting off the ground.’

Black, 24, also known by his legal name Bill Kapri, was named one of four victims after a total of 10 shots were fired Saturday, one of which wounded the rapper’s leg.

Initial reports stated Black and fellow rappers Lil Baby and Gunna were leaving the party around 2:45 a.m. when a fight broke out with the rappers’ friends who were in a red Ferrari Sports Car, when Kodak Black took a swing at someone. TMZ was first to report the attack.

‘The fight was believed to have started with someone in Kodak Black’s entourage,’ a source told Page Six. ‘After others jumped in, shots were fired… and then all hell broke loose.’

However, Beeman alleges that although the rapper and his friends were jumped, reports that they incident occurred as they were leaving the party are inaccurate.

‘I’ve seen a bunch of reports saying that Kodak, Gunna and Lil Baby were in the club. They were never in the club. They were denied entry,’ she said. ‘Drake was coming out as Kodak, Gunna and Lil Baby were getting there.’

‘We don’t know what their beef was but I guess someone showed up that they didn’t like,’ Beeman said, recalling the horrific shooting.

The 23-year-old eye witness claims ‘Kodak was shot in the leg but jumped in a car and sped off’ and that ‘Gunna and Lil Baby left quick and Bieber left out the back about 15 or 20 minutes later.’

She also claimed the other victims — ages 60, 22 and 19 — were shot in the leg, chest and shoulder. Authorities have not released their identities, but confirmed they were hospitalized in stable condition.

‘A guy who collects autographs was shot in the leg,’ she said.

‘I believe the other guy was shot in the chest multiple times and at first we thought he was dead. He was passed out for a minute and wasn’t moving but finally he moved his arm and tried to lift his head up.’

Beeman added: ‘Our friend Adam was shot in the shoulder but he’s fine and out of hospital. The bullet went through his shoulder.’

She also claimed the suspect, who remains at large, fled the scene with the individual that started the fight.

‘The guy who was shooting and the guy who started the fight ran off towards the Beverly Center and then went down an alley,’ Beeman said. ‘The police showed up almost immediately and they had a helicopter in sky.’

The suspects are still on the run and no arrests have been made, LAPD confirmed to DailyMail.com. No suspects have been named as the investigation remains ongoing.

The Biebers were pictured making a hasty exit from the trendy restaurant after a fight broke out, which led to the reported shooting outside.

Justin and model Hailey, 25, were keen to get as far away from the place as possible as they were ushered out by their security amid the troubles just outside the venue.

Justin cut a glum figure as he followed his security guard while hurrying out of the restaurant as Hailey stayed close by.

The chart-topper was casually dressed in a white vest and hoodie, teamed with black trousers and white trainers. He also covered up in a black cap and dark sunglasses.

Hailey, meanwhile, stunned in a figure-hugging black maxi dress and simple black heels.

The beauty walked with her head lowered and used a hand to shield her face as she made her way outside amid all the commotion.

The couple were then seen climbing into the back of their van before it drove off.
