The reality star, 33, is said to be several months along with the 26-year-old basketball player’s second child, with multiple sources confirming the happy news to both UsWeekly and TMZ.
Khloe’s reported pregnancy makes her the third member of the Kardashian-Jenner family to be expecting a child.

It is not known when Khloe is due or what the gender of her baby is.
The bombshell also revealed on KUWTK that she had fertility issues and her Beverly Hills doctor suggested she have children sooner rather than later, which would also suggest she could be pregnant now.
Tristan already has a baby named Prince with his ex Jordan Craig.
Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian, 36, and rapper husband Kanye West, 40, are said to be expecting a baby girl via surrogate in January.
Kim has yet to confirm the news, but she has not denied it either.

On Tuesday People reported that Kim was stunned to learn that Kylie was pregnant and she teared up because she was in shock.
The source added that Kim worked so hard to have her third child but for Kylie it was so easy.
The KKW Beauty founder is happy for her sister, it was added, and will support her ‘100 percent.’
Troubled brother Rob, 30, has one, daughter Dream, 10 months, with ex Blac Chyna, 29.

Scott, for his part, has been romancing 19-year-old Sofia Richie in Miami for the past few days and flew back to Los Angeles with her today on a private jet.
