The footage was released on Thursday, despite the fact that the incident occurred over five months ago.
Odell can be seen in the clip watching on from a few feet behind the group of men.

According to TMZ’s latest report, the victim, names as Bennett Sipes, plans on suing Drake and Odell because he thinks they are ‘responsible’ for it since a member of their security allegedly took part in the fight.
Sipes’ lawyer Colin Jones of the Wilshire Law Firm told TMZ that his client and other witnesses informed him that Sipes’ partner model Sommer Ray was talking to Odell in the VIP area.
Jones alleged that words were enchanged but the altercation was not physical at that point, althought the sequence of events remains unclear.
Insiders close to the group alleged to the website that Sipes was the instigator in the VIP area and provoked them as they left while maintaining that Odell and Drake had nothing to do with the attack.

There is no suggestion Drake or Odell were involved in the fight.

Jones said that his client didn’t know it was Younes who threw the first punch, and only after seeing the video, committed to a lawsuit.
Five months after the attack, Sipes is still going to physical therapy, Jones told TMZ.
Kourtney and Younes broke up in early August after they enjoyed a recent holiday to Italy.
According to People, Younes allegedly cheated on the star, who then ‘cut off all contact with him.’
The source told the outlet: ‘After all the drama with Scott [Disick] over the years, she wasn’t going to put up with any drama from Younes,’ adding that Kourtney is ‘focused on her kids and herself.’
