Kristin Cavallari’s new boyfriend Mark Estes admitted he was nervous ahead of their first date.
The 24-year-old athlete spoke to Page Six and revealed: ‘I think just like along with any first date, I was definitely a little nervous.’
Despite the nerves, he and the 37-year-old former MTV star had a ‘great’ time and a sure connection.
Estes added, ‘But yeah, it was great, and yeah, I’d say there was instant chemistry right away.’
The jewelry designer confirmed their relationship in late February with an Instagram snap.

Gushing about his lady, Mark said: ‘She’s just super confident.’
‘Obviously she’s gorgeous. She’s an amazing person as well, and a great mother. So, yeah, pretty much [the] full package.’
Joining him in the chat with the outlet were his Montana Boyz groupmates Kaleb Winterburn and Kade ‘Cutter’ Wilcox, with whom he found fame on social media.
Winterburn said he witnessed the connection between Estes and Cavallari when they met in person for the first time in Nashville, Tennessee in January.
‘Hanging around her at first I was like, “Holy cow, this is crazy.” She’s super cool in person,’ he recalled.
Cavallari was previously married to ex NFL star Jay Cutler and the former couple shares Camden, 11, Jaxon, nine, and Saylor, eight.
The new couple first connected on Instagram last fall. It came after the former Laguna Beach star found the Montana Boyz’s TikTok account.
Mark sent Kristin a DM from the boys’ joint account that said ‘I love you.’

Winterburn recalled how happy Mark was when she replied: ‘He was just fired up.
‘He mustered up the courage to do it and then he did it on the wrong account [instead of his personal]. Then she saw it and he was pretty ecstatic the next day.’
Critics online have been quick to point out Cavallari and Estes’ 13-year age gap ever since they went public with their romance in February.
‘You definitely kinda gotta block it out, just kind of have tunnel vision; have a vision of where we’re going and what we want to do in the future,’ Estes said about how he deals with backlash.’
‘So we don’t let that really get in the way of it,’ he explained.
