Mauricio Umansky has moved out of the marital home he shared with estranged wife Kyle Richards and into a luxury West Hollywood condo.
Richards, 55, and Umansky, 53, split last year following 27 years of marriage and three daughters, with the RHOBH star revealing on the reality show that her ex was looking for a new home.
USWeekly reports Umansky has purchased a luxury condo in a new development in WeHo – with a source claiming Matt Damon has an $8.6million unit in the same building.
A second source said: ‘Kyle and Mauricio have been living separately for the last few months and he’s been staying there.
‘They’ve both been traveling a lot recently, so it’s working out where they don’t stay under one roof.’

They added Umansky ‘will visit their primary residence often’ when Richards is out of town.
This comes after a source spoke with Daily Mail revealing Richards is being squeezed by Bravo to come clean about her rumored romance with country singer Morgan Wade, 29, if she wants to continue on the show.
Richards is the last remaining original member of the cast.
‘The producers feel that Kyle has said all she can say about her split from Mauricio and now it is time to tell the truth about her dating Morgan,’ the insider revealed.
‘Kyle has beat around the bush a ton on Morgan and it is getting old. It is time for her to finally admit that it is more than a friendship.’
The Halloween actress, who shared an onscreen kiss with Wade in the video for her song Fall In Love With Me, has insisted the two are only friends.
In February, Kyle admitted that Mauricio was still living with her in their San Fernando Valley family home, but confirmed that they do sleep in ‘different rooms’.
When asked if she thinks there’s a chance that she and Mauricio will get back together, Kyle replied: ‘I really don’t know what my future holds right now, to be honest, which is the weirdest part of all of this.’

The next season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is set to resume filming soon.
Crystal Minkoff and Annemarie Wiley have already been axed from the cast, while Erika Jayne and Garcelle Beauvais are expected to return.
The couple both attended the popular country music festival on Sunday with their three eldest daughters Sophia, Farrah, and Alexia.
They both shared updates from the festival to their own social media accounts, but also appeared to be keeping their distance.
It’s unclear if the estranged couple attended Stagecoach together, or if they came separately and then briefly connected for their children.
At one point, a jubilant Mauricio was spotted dancing to a live performance with daughter Alexia.
