Kyle Sandilands, 48, will tearfully reveal his mystery health crisis during a tell-all during Sunday’s episode of 60 Minutes.
And Kyle’s girlfriend, Tegan Kynaston, 34, has shared a glimpse at how Kyle is spending the hours leading up to the bombshell interview.
On Sunday morning, the former personal assistant shared a selfie-style photo of herself and Kyle curled up together on the couch.

Closing his eyes, Kyle rested his head on Tegan’s lap, while his blonde ladylove smiled sweetly into the camera.
Tegan simply captioned the post: ‘Mejor [love-heart emoji]’.
The Spanish word ‘mejor’ means ‘best’ in English.

Kyle wore a black hoodie and covered his legs in a knitted blanked as he lovingly stroked the pooch’s nose.
It comes hours ahead of Kyle’s 60 Minutes interview in which he will reveal to his radio co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson and interviewer Karl Stefanovic that he’s battling a serious health condition.

In a short teaser clip for the upcoming episode, Kyle tells Jackie: ‘I love you and it’s been wonderful.’
Struggling to contain his emotions, Kyle continues: ‘[But] there’s a condition that I’ve been diagnosed with that I haven’t spoken to anyone about.’
The preview for Sunday night’s episode then cuts to Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, who wipes away tears from her eyes.

‘I’m always worried you’re going to say something and it’ll just ruin you,’ Henderson told Sandilands. ‘Staying at number one is harder than getting to number one.’

In response, Kyle said he ‘doesn’t give a f**k’ – an ethos that his management and bosses have capitalised on throughout his career.
‘Millions of dollars of marketing has been spent on me being a bastard,’ he laughed, while describing Henderson as the ‘yin to my yang’.
After living rough on the streets as a child and decades of mistreating his body, Sandilands revealed last year he’d started taking better care of himself on doctors’ orders.
