The Kyle and Jackie O Show shocked fans on Monday.

During an early morning segment, the hosts were discussing Meghan Trainor who recently revealed that her key to self-love is standing in front of a mirror nude for five minute each day to appreciate what she sees.

And on Monday, Kyle Sandilands put Trainor’s method to the test live on radio in a studio toilet.

Unimpressed with the result, Kyle said: ‘I’m not doing it everyday – this is what losers do… I’m getting dressed. I’m coming back.’

The KIIS FM social media team shared a selfie Kyle took in the process, showing the radio shock jock’s nude upper body. 

They captioned the post ‘Kyle’s in his self love era.’
