A heartfelt plea from former personal trainer and good friend Jeff Fenech has inspired Kyle Sandilands to shed some weight.
Calling-in to KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O Show to discuss the Floyd Mayweather v Conor McGregor fight, the former world champ had other things on his mind.
‘You’ve got an amazing life Kyle, you’ve got to live it while you can!’ The 53-year-old begged, clearly having an effect on the stubborn shock-jock.

His latest weight-loss commitment comes less than a fortnight after he commited to following My Kitchen Rules Chef Pete Evan’s controversial Paleo diet.
Jeff and Kyle’s conversation about Sunday’s hugely anticipated boxing match quickly got off-track, with the pair reminiscing about their old training sessions.
‘Me and (Jeff’s wife) Suzee used to have a special ashtray in the house,’ the former boxer told co-host Jackie O Henderson.
Nostalgia got the best of Jeff, who couldn’t help but guilt-tripping his good friend, joking: ‘Now that he’s dumped me, we don’t need an ashtray in the house anymore!’

Dumped! Nostalgia got the best of Jeff, who couldn’t help but guilt-tripping his good friend, joking: ‘Now that he’s dumped me, we don’t need an ashtray in the house anymore!’
He then tried to convince Kyle that he’s too fortunate to risk letting poor health impact his life expectancy.
‘You’ve got an amazing life Kyle, you’ve got to live it while you can… Everyone knows Kyle, if he really wants to do something, he can!’

‘One of my clients came here at 153 kilos, in 27-sessions with me, has lost nearly 18 kilos,’ he said.
Despite the attempt, Kyle was resistant to the plea, revealing: ‘I would come tomorrow but I’m going on a holiday.’
But Jeff wasn’t taking no for an answer, continuing: ‘Let’s do this, maybe you can lose 20-25 kilos and get back in shape.’

‘You know what?’ Kyle finally conceded, ‘I’m going to go back, this fight has me amped-up.’
‘Jeff’s the only guy in the world I’d do (the training) with,’ he confessed to Jackie.
Earlier this month, he took-up Pete Evans’ offer to try a Paleo diet and told Men’s Health editor Luke Benedictus he would get ‘ripped’ for their cover next year.
During their radio segment, Pete said a paleo diet was ‘perfect’ for Kyle and promised to cut-out all the dishes that caused ‘inflammation and bloating.’
