Kyle Walker hits back at claims he invited ex Lauryn Goodman and their son to watch England’s third Euro 2024 group match – as his wife Annie Kilner prepares to fly out to Germany to support him

Kyle Walker has hit back at claims that he invited his ex Lauryn Goodman to watch England’s third Euro 2024 group match.

Sources previously claimed the reality star had already booked tickets to see the Three Lions’ third group match against Slovenia later this month.

However, a source close to Kyle has told MailOnline that Lauryn was never invited to attend the match, and he is solely focused on helping England to secure their first win of the tournament.

The insider added that Kyle’s wife Annie Kilner will be travelling to Germany with their children to support him at England’s first group game against Serbia, which kicks off on Sunday night.

The source said: ‘Kyle is locked down in the England camp and ready to play for the country. He wants to do the fans proud especially now he has been named Vice Captain.

‘Annie is bringing the boys to the game, they have supported Kyle in his career since day one and are looking forward to watching and joining him pitch side.

‘Kyle categorically did not invite Lauryn or any of her family to the match. Her narrative is simply untrue.

‘Of course she’s free to enjoy the matches, as are the rest of the country but it really has nothing to do with Kyle or his family.’

Annie is scheduled to depart on a £30,000 private jet with her four children on Saturday to watch England take on Serbia.

A source previously claimed that Lauryn was planning to invite a camera crew to film her upcoming reality show about life as a WAG, and was planing to bring her son Cariro for England’s third and final group game

The influencer who has two children with the Man City football star was reportedly preparing to fly out for the game against Slovenia, in Cologne, on June 25.

The source told The Sun on Sunday: ‘Lauryn truly believes that Kyle will want his son there.

‘She has been given tickets and the flights have been sorted out for her to go.

‘Kairo shouldn’t have to watch his daddy playing for his country from a TV set in England — he deserves to be there.’

A spokesperson for Kyle has said: ‘Kyle is laser-focused on the games ahead so as to give the team the best possible chance of bringing home the trophy to the millions of fans watching, including his wife and their children.

‘He will not be distracted by any off pitch activity.’

It comes after it was reported England bosses are determined to ensure Kyle’s ex-lover Lauryn does not become a distraction at the upcoming Euros – after she raised the prospect of attending games with their children.

Kyle is said to have promised their four-year-old son Kairo tickets – something he later denied – but now insiders say FA chiefs will go to every possible length to stop her accessing tickets.

Officials at the national side know they cannot control every ticket inside the stadiums, but internally say they will block her from joining the team of their families ‘by any means necessary’ amid fears her attendance could throw the highly rated defender off his game.

A source said: ‘Lauryn has been saying she will be at the games this summer because Kyle promised their son tickets, but that sets off massive alarm bells for the squad’s team behind the scenes.

‘There are special seating areas at each of the matches which are allocated to players and staff for their families and friends, and quite often those tickets get passed on and shared around between those close to the team – and there’s no doubt Kyle’s wife Annie will be there with their kids.

‘But Lauryn has been saying she will get hold of some tickets and go along too which would cause massive problems.

‘There’s no way any will be issued directly to her the way things are currently, but she could try to get them by another means or through friends within the game – she knows a lot of players and football agents.

‘The manager and the team need total focus on the games. Any distraction will be totally clamped down on. Everything in their power, they will do it. Nobody wants a circus ruining their chances.’

Reports last month told how Lauryn had vowed to be in Germany when Kyle plays, telling friends she was ‘determined my children will get to see their daddy playing’.

She also claimed to friends that Kyle had told her: ‘I want you there, and I want Kairo to see me play.’

Lauryn will reportedly be filming for her new reality TV show, The Life Of WAGS, while at the match.

Lauryn and Rita Johal, who has children with Riyad Mahrez , reportedly plan to tell their stories in the new docuseries The Life Of Wags.

Filming for the explosive series about ‘wannabe WAGs’ following their respective high profile romances with footballers will reportedly start this summer.

A source told The Sun on Sunday back in March that Lauryn and Rita had signed up to star in the docuseries as they both have ‘stories to tell’.

‘They have stories to tell and will be given free rein,’ the source said.

‘Both want to put their records straight. Kyle and Riyad won’t know what’s hit them when it airs.’

Sources have told The Mirror on February 14 that Lauryn was in talks with ‘at least five other footballer’s mistresses’ and TV producers about the concept of the show’.

A TV insider said: ‘One of the producers who has worked on shows like TOWIE and other big reality formats clocked Lauryn’s story and realised it’s very much a tale of our times.

‘There are a whole generation of girls on the fringes of football. It’s like its own little ecosystem and when you get behind the scenes of it it’s absolutely fascinating.

‘They’re all glamorous, they live flash lifestyles and go to all the same top clubs as the premier league players. And along with the players they are all falling in and out of love and lust by the minute. It’s pretty high drama, great telly.’

MailOnline contacted Lauryn and Rita’s representatives for comment.

Meanwhile Kyle and Annie are working through their differences as they attempt to reach a point of reconciliation after the birth of their fourth son last month.

The pair attended a party at Wayne and Coleen’s mansion in Cheshire over the first Bank Holiday in May and it was revealed that the couple are trying to do ‘normal family stuff’ in a hope of repairing their relationship.

The source told MailOnline: ‘Annie and Kyle are working through their differences as they navigate life with a newborn. They enjoyed the day with other footballers and their families plus a crowd of other famous faces.

‘The pair are, understandably, not back how they were, but connecting with friends and being together doing normal family stuff is helping towards their reconciliation.’

Earlier this month Lauryn took aim at Kyle in a scathing Instagram post as she revealed their four-year-old son Kairo had been asking her ‘where is my Daddy?’.

Taking to her Instagram stories, Lauryn told a fan how she went about answering Kairo’s questions about his father, telling their son the footballer is ‘at school to learn how to be a good daddy’.

She told the follower: ‘Yeah been a tough one but I found a solution. Some may not agree with it but I’d rather my children know it’s not because of them.

‘That it’s the other person’s issue so that they don’t think there’s something wrong with them and grow to have a complex.

‘I simply say: ‘Daddy’s at football working and remember he’s had to go back to school to learn how to be a good daddy’. I then say: ‘He might learn one day but for now that’s where he is. Obviously he talks about him playing football etc but that’s fine.

‘Had a few ‘where is my Daddy?’ ‘I love my Daddy’ outburst but I think it’s also an age thing as other friends go through it.’

Lauryn will be joined on the show by Rita Johal, 31, who has two daughters with Riyad Mahrez - but in 2020 the couple filed for divorce and he was linked to his now-wife Taylor Ward shortly after (pictured in 2017)

A representative for Kyle told MailOnline: ‘All comments directed at Kyle and Annie are being dealt with privately and through the proper legal channels as the couple do not wish to engage in further public dispute, particularly where children are involved.’

A source close to Annie and Kylie also told MailOnline: ‘It’s sad that Lauryn continues to drive public attention for her own personal gain with constant digs on her social media and within the mainstream media.

‘Kyle is not present emotionally in Lauryn’s children’s lives but has and always will provide for them financially.

‘Kyle and Annie are remaining dignified throughout all this, even with her obvious digs which they have become accustomed to.’

Kyle and his childhood sweet Annie are giving their marriage another go after welcoming their fourth child together.

Prior to the arrival of their fourth child, who they plan to name Rezon, the couple also share sons Roman, 11, Riaan, seven, and Reign, five.
