Kylie Jenner’s son Aire makes rare appearance on reality show… after star admitted she’s still not sure she made ‘right decision’ about changing his name

Kylie Jenner brought her young son Aire to a party on this week’s The Kardashians, marking one of the first times he was seen on camera.

The 26-year-old cosmetics mogul was seen bringing Aire to the 5th birthday party of her niece True Thompson, the daughter of Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson.

The brief appearance of Aire marks one of the first sightings of her son on camera, who she shares with ex-boyfriend Travis Scott.

The outing also comes just a day after she admitted in an interview with Wall Street Journal that she’s still not sure changing his name from Wolf to Aire was right.

Kylie gave birth to her son in early February 2022, but surprised many when she seemingly decided to name the child Wolf.

She would later admit on The Kardashians that Wolf wasn’t the child’s real name, and hadn’t settled on a new name yet.

Kylie and Travis filed a petition in March to have the name changed from Wolf to Aire, with a judge granting the change earlier this month.

Kylie opened up about the change in a wide-ranging interview with Wall Street Journal, where the billionaire revealed she’s still not sure she made the right call.

‘That was the hardest thing that I’ve ever done in my life. I’m still like, “Did I make the right decision?”‘ Jenner admitted.

‘The postpartum hit, and the hormones, and I couldn’t even make a decision or think straight,’ Jenner added.

‘And it just destroyed me. I could not name him. And I was like, “I feel like a failure. I don’t have a name for my son,”‘ she added. 

‘So it took me a while. And then the longer I waited, the harder it was to name him,’ she admitted.

A month after her son was born, Kylie took to her Instagram story to clarify her son’s name was no longer Wolf.

‘FYI our son’s name isn’t Wolf anymore. We just really didn’t feel like it was him,’ Jenner said.

‘Just wanted to share because I keep seeing Wolf everywhere,’ Jenner admitted.

With five more episodes left in Season 4 of Hulu’s The Kardashians, it’s possible fans could see more and more of young Aire.
