Kylie Minogue enjoys wild night out dancing along to her new pop anthem while on the DJ decks at an Ibiza nightclub

Kylie Minogue danced along to her new pop anthem as she took to the DJ decks at an Ibiza nightclub on Tuesday.

The Aussie singer, 56, shared her wild night out at the DC10 nightclub for the venue’s iconic Circoloco dance party on Instagram.

She posted a series of videos of herself partying the night away while her new dance anthem Edge of Saturday Night blared out on the speakers, sending the crowds wild.

Kylie has created the high-energy track with American DJ The Blessed Madonna, who she joined on stage at the jam-packed nightclub for the epic performance.

In the videos, Kylie appeared to be in jovial spirits as she threw her arms in the air and passionately danced and belted out the lyrics to her new song.

She embraced her DJ pal, real name Marea Stamper, as they both put on an epic party for the crowds, with Kylie grinning and clapping as she watched them go wild and dance along to the music.

Kylie cut an edgy figure in a distressed pink T-shirt and fishnet tights as she appeared to be dancing on a tabletop.

Sharing her own clips to Instagram, Marea gave an insight into the origins of the song as they told how Kyle ‘breathed an energy’ into the upbeat dance track.

‘This song is about edges. I started this song when we were on the edge of lockdown, writing lyrics on the edge of being a new person, on the edge of levelling up as a producer,’ they explained.

‘The song went on a journey but finally found its edge when Kylie came into my life and breathed an energy into Edge, and into me.’

Kylie has had a jam-packed year after the success of her smash hit track Padam Padam and recently became emotional as she performed at BST Hyde Park.

The pop star marked a career milestone at the iconic event, returning to perform at the festival for the first time in nine years after last appearing in 2015.

‘I knew you were gonna be here tonight, but you still take my breath away, thank you,’ she told the 65,000 strong crowd.

‘I’m really aware the last time I played BST was nine years ago, so much has happened for me, for you, for all of us. But we are here and I am so, so grateful.

‘Nine years ago was so different because so many [of my] songs didn’t exist,’ she said, mentioning her 2023 album Tension and its success.’

‘I want to bottle this feeling, every artist would. It’s because of you and I wish I had a better segue but Hold onto Now,’ she added, before launching into the hit song.

Amid her huge success, Kylie also recently teased how she plans to retire after being offered a lifetime Las Vegas residency, according to the Mirror.

She confirmed that Las Vegas could be where she ends her career, as stars including Elvis Presley have chosen to do so in a similar fashion.

‘They have offered me a lifelong residency,’ she told the Mirror of Voltaire, where she played her residency from November 2023 to May this year.

‘Let’s see, I might do the classic and end up there, it was brilliant, the shows got crazier.

‘It was what I hoped it would be. It was a cross between a 70s cabaret club and Studio 54 – people got quite wild.’
