Kyly Clarke was the first to crash out into the pool during her challenge on Australian Ninja Warrior on Monday night.

The former WAG competed against Love Island star Tayla Damir, 25, to raise funds for charity, but despite her early exit she still won her round.

The 40-year-old triumphed in the challenge after beating the 25-year-old onto the rings, and was technically in the lead when she lost her grip and fell into the water below.

Despite making it through only a few stages of the course, Kyly was happy with her performance.

She was delighted to raise $10,000 for her charity, Barnardos, and hoped to help children ‘that are in an unsafe environment’.

Before starting on the course, Kyly admitted she was a little nervous to be taking on a younger person.

Kyly had trained for months in the lead up to appearing on the show, often sharing selfies of her intense workouts at the gym.

‘My chosen charity is @barnardos_au and I’m looking forward to giving it everything I’ve got to help raise funds for this wonderful organisation supporting children in needs,’ she said in a post on Instagram.

‘This is me completely stepping out of my comfort zone, testing myself, my limits and knowing 100% that I need to build so much strength in my training to hold my own weight, conquer my fears and give it a red hot go!’
