Kym Marsh gives insight into first week of rehearsals with daughter Emilie for Take That musical

Kym Marsh has given fans an insight into her first week of rehearsals with her daughter Emilie Cunliffe for Take That musical Greatest Days. 

The actor, 46, shared a short clip to Instagram on Saturday and said that ‘she couldn’t wait’ for people to come and see it. 

Posing for a photo, Kym looked like she meant business as she slipped into a chic black blazer and leather-look leggings. 

She then gave a behind-the-scenes sneak peak as Emilie, 26, took to the stage with a group of singers to belt out some of the bands hit records. 

The production tells the story of five pals who dream of rising to fame as boyband stars, and will feature 15 of Take That’s hits.

In another photo, Kym brought her daughter in for a tight hug as they celebrated their hard work. 

Emilie was the spitting image of her famous mum, with her long dark hair pulled back into a high pony tail.  

She penned: ‘Guys we have had such an amazing first week of rehearsals for @greatest_days! New shows are always hard work and so daunting but we’ve had so much fun, made loads of new friends and we can’t wait for you to come and see it!

‘I’m also super proud of @listentoEmilie who’s worked her socks off this week in rehearsals and also putting the final touches to her debut album, my girl is killing it!

‘Business wise, lots of exciting opportunities coming soon too so watch this space! Also, anyone who knows me knows how far a some self love and exercise can go! 

‘This week I finally got myself back into the gym doing what I do best and it’s making such a difference already!

‘Tune into @loosewomen on Monday to hear us chatting all things @greatest_days and also the chance to see Emilie’s first live performance singing one of the tracks from her album!’ 

The update comes following the news that Regan Gascoigne is set to star in the new Take That musical Greatest Days.

The professional dancer, 27, will appear alongside the likes of Kym and her daughter Emily, according to The Sun.

The son of former footballer Paul Gascoigne may also tour with the production when it goes on the road from May.

According to the website, the show ‘features more than 15 record-breaking Take That songs, alongside a heart-warming and hilarious story of love, loss and laughter from award-winning writer Tim Firth.’
