Kym beamed behind the scenes alongside her lookalike daughter Emilie, 26, before appearing on BBC’s The One Show on Friday to promote their new musical.

Meanwhile Emilie looked stunning as she slipped into a black leather jumpsuit, a crop denim jacket and a pair of pinky heels.

She wore her hair in a high ponytail with a sweeping fringe and channeled the same make up look as her mother.

‘Thank you again @bbctheoneshow for having me and @listentoemilie last night and for everyone that tuned in!’, Kym captioned the post.

The mother and daughter duo will both star in the Take That musical Greatest Days, playing the same character in two different stages of life.

According to The Sun, Kym said: ‘So the musical is essentially about a journey about a group of friends who are obsessed by a boyband…it shows what happens with them from being teenagers to being older.’

Their appearance comes after Kym shared a sweet clip of herself performing a duet with Emilie earlier this month, as they prepare for the release of her debut album.

Kym shared the video on Instagram, which saw the mother and daughter belting out the hit Someone Like You by Adele.

Kym looked casual for the footage, wearing a blue sweatshirt and scraping her raven tresses into a high ponytail.

Emilie looked strikingly similar, sporting a brown shirt and dark trousers for the video, in which they harmonised and ended by jokingly singing into a fake microphone.

Kym captioned the post: ‘Such a pleasure to have a little sing song with my baby @emiliecunliffe.x @emiliecunliffemusic.

She continued: ‘I cannot wait for you to hear her debut album, recorded in Nashville!! More info COMING SOON!!…… give her a follow!!!’

Their duet garnered praise from Kym’s showbiz pals including her former Coronation Street co-star Jane Danson, who plays Leanne Battersby in the soap and wrote: ‘Amazing! How gorgeous to sing with your baby.’

Kym responded: ‘Such a privilege babe.’

Other friends including her Strictly co-stars from the 2022 series also reacted to the post.

It comes after Kym opened up about life before the limelight last month as she detailed the financial struggles she endured while raising her elder children.

The soap star revealed that it was ‘tricky getting money together for the week’ when her son David, now 27, and Emilie were growing up.

In an interview with Prima Magazine, Kym, who is a mother of four, recalled the hardship of raising her eldest children while trying to make it big.

She shares David and Emilie with her former builder fiancé Dave Cunliffe, who she split from in 1999, just a year after the birth of their daughter.

But the children never struggled, with the Strictly Come Dancing star sharing: ‘They were well-clothed and fed, although they didn’t have any luxuries. Sometimes it was tricky getting money together for the week.

‘When Emilie was a baby, my sister, Tracey, and I would sometimes go halves on a bag of nappies.

‘I’d also take the kids to Mum’s if we didn’t have enough money to top up the electric meter. Times were difficult, but we managed, and I made it work,’ she recalled.

Kym has been open about her struggle before fame after growing up on a council estate in Wigan and falling pregnant as a teenager.

She has previously admitted to living on ‘£80 a week in rented accommodation’ with her two children.

The beauty is also mother to Polly, 11, who she shares with ex-husband Jamie Lomas. While the former couple also welcomed son Archie in 2009, who was born prematurely and died shortly after birth.
