Khloe Kardashian’s ex-husband Lamar Odom collapsed at a club in Los Angeles in the early hours of Sunday morning.
In a video obtained by TMZ, the former LA Laker is seen slumping to the floor in a V.I.P. booth as security guards rush to his side.
They are then seen lifting him up and helping sit on a sofa as he looks dazed but conscious.
The guards are heard asking him: ‘Are you all right, man?’ but there appears to be no response from Lamar.
Two years ago, he overdosed at a brothel in Nevada after a drinks and drugs binge and almost died.

Lamar was at Bootsy Bellows on the Sunset Strip and a witness told TMZ that he had been drinking ‘for several hours’ before his collapse at around 2 a.m.
Although he had previously vowed to clean up his act and had entered residential treatment facility to tackle his issues with alcohol and drugs.
But lately he has been spotted at strip club and night clubs and just last week was photographed throwing money at strippers at the Crazy Girls strip club in LA.
And hours before his collapse, the ex-NBA player was snapped leaving a liquor store carrying his purchases in a black plastic bag.

The 37-year-old attended rapper Drake’s celebrity party in LA on October 22, pictured, and a few night’s later he was photographed throwing cash at strippers at LA’s Crazy Girls strip club
Lamar and Khloe got married in September 2009 after a whirlwind romance and the couple starred in their own Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality show Khloe & Lamar that debuted in 2011.
However, their relationship collapsed as a result of the pro athletes drug use and cheating and Khloe filed for divorce in December 2013.
His near death overdose in Octber 2015 occurred right before their divorce was to be finalized and Khloe, 33, put the legal proceedings on hold so as to be able to manage his medical care as his next of kin.
She supported him through treatment and physical therapy and arranged for him to live a rented home in her upscale Calabasas neighborhood.

After his recovery, the New York native spent some time back on the East Coast where he was born and raised.
Khloe went ahead with finalizing their divorce and a year ago she started dating Cleveland Cavaliers player Tristan Thompson.
The reality star is currently pregnant with her first child by Tristan.
Asked by People last month about his ex-wife’s pregnancy, he told the magazine: ‘I wish her well. Still got love for her.’
Lamar, pictured at Maxim’s Halloween party, told People last month he ‘still has love’ for his ex-wife, who is now pregnant by new boyfriend Tristan Thompson of the Cleveland Cavaliers
