Renderings have been unveiled for a stunning new €282million (£242million/$307million) residential development by Lamborghini featuring 53 luxury villas, moments from Marbella, Spain.
The images show how the hillside Costa del Sol complex, called Tierra Viva, boasts paradisiac villas with dreamy infinity pools.
The exclusive estate, nestled in the mountain village of Benahavis, will comprise villas that come in three configurations – a six-bedroom option called Diamante, a five-bedroom option named Zafiro, and a four-bedroom option called Esmeralda.
Prices start from €3,604,932 (£3,097,303/$3,927,032) and the project is estimated to complete in June 2026, according to selling agency Jason Callow Homes.
Each property boasts two outdoor swimming pools, ‘flourishing’ gardens and each home is situated at a different elevation to ensure ‘unimpeded panoramic views’ of the sea.

They also offer direct car access and multiple terraces, all embellished with ‘polished’ marble floors, and ‘fine’ leather and glass elements, according to the developer, Dar Global.
The complex will also feature two gatehouses and 24/7 ‘premium’ security within the ‘ultra-exclusive’ area, which is just an eight-minute drive from Marbella – or possibly less in a Lamborghini.
Described by Dar Global as an ‘architectural gem’, the gated community is inspired by ‘the iconic design of Automobili Lamborghini’, the developer said.
Stephan Winkelmann, CEO of Lamborghini, said: ‘This partnership represents the merging of Lamborghini’s luxury supercar essence and Dar Global’s expertise in real estate.
‘Tierra Viva embodies the essence and power of Lamborghini and its unrestricted nature, interpreted into an architectural masterpiece.’

Lamborghini is not the first supercar manufacturer to develop a keen interest in architecture, with Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti and Porsche all venturing into the real estate business.
Aston Martin designed a Downtown Miami apartment block featuring 391 homes, followed by a $7.7 million luxury home in a 55-acre private wood in New York’s Hudson Valley.
Also in Miami, Porsche launched its 60-storey Porsche Design Tower on the shorefront, complete with three car elevators, and Bentley is constructing the Bentley Residences Miami, set to complete in 2026.
