Lamine Yamal has revealed the two stadiums he would love to play football in and his two favourite players after the 17-year-old was announced as a global ambassador for Beats by Dre.

‘There are so many I’ve yet to experience, especially outside of Europe, said Lamine, when asked what one stadium he’d love to play in.

‘In Europe, some of the iconic ones I’d like to play in are Old Trafford and Anfield,’ the Barcelona and Spain winger added.

Asked who his favourite current player outside of Barcelona was, Lamine highlighted two other attacking players.

‘Right now, outside of Barça, I think [Ousmane] Dembele or Bukayo Saka are doing really well,’ said Lamine.

Barcelona welcome Real Madrid in the El Clasico on Sunday, knowing that a win would put them seven points clear at the top of La Liga with just three games to go.

Though Hansi Flick’s side were knocked out by Inter Milan in the Champions League this week, they beat Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey final are still on course for a league and cup double.

Asked for his all-time favourite El Clasico moment, Lamine mentioned the final from last month when Jules Kounde scored the winner in the 116th minute.

‘Well, there are a lot of historic ones, but now that I get to be part of it, I’d say the most recent Copa del Rey final,’ said Yamal.

‘The way the match played out – and the fact that we won!’

In the Beats campaign, Lamine – who is seen in a new light as CEO of Lamine Records – strives to find the perfect track for match day before a young fan finally gives him the inspiration he needs.

Lamine searches for the perfect beat considering various tracks including music by Spanish-Moroccan rapper Morad, who also makes a cameo appearance.

Morad is Lamine’s favourite artist and there is huge love and respect between them, having both grown up in the same Spanish neighbourhood – the 304.

‘I love music for many reasons: it helps me focus before a match, it also helps me relax, and it’s an escape into a world of fun,’ said Yamal.
