Lamington burgers, Vegemite pizza among Australia Day food

From lamingtons and pavlovas to a humble sausage sizzle, Australia Day simply wouldn’t be the same without our iconic foods.

But that doesn’t mean our beloved treats have to stay the same, and this year restaurants across the country are updating these cherished holiday classics.

And they aren’t holding back – whether it’s putting Vegemite on pizza, Tim Tam biscuits into margaritas or whipping up Golden Gaytime milkshakes.
