Lana Del Rey promotes her appearance in the upcoming holiday special Christmas At Graceland: ‘I just know you’re gonna have the best time’

Lana Del Rey promoted her appearance on the upcoming holiday special Christmas At Graceland by sharing a set of images on her Instagram account on Sunday.

The 38-year-old singer shared a photo of the special’s poster, which also listed several of the other artists set to perform tributes to Elvis.

The hitmaker, who recently opened up about single life, also shared several photos of the later singer’s great-grandaughter Tupelo, pictured left, spending time at the singer’s estate with the daughter of one of her friends.

Lana, born Elizabeth Woolridge Grant, penned a lengthy message to share her opinion about the upcoming special. 

‘I just know you’re gonna have the best time tuning into Christmas at Graceland, there are so many different surprises and performances coming your way,’ she wrote.

The performer continued: We’ve been running around Memphis and Riley has been kind enough to let the kids run all around the yard. It’s been a blast… it feels like nothing short of magic.’ 

The Grammy Award-nominated then offered a bit of insight into how her appearance on the special would turn out. 

‘There are gonna be so many different performances, and you know you can count on me to more than likely have the one somber one, so i’ve got you covered with that,’ she wrote.

Lana then expressed her gratitude for having been included in the production of the holiday special.

‘I’m excited to see it all come together and so grateful for everybody whos been so generous to have our family come from all over to hear me sing and visit with the their family,’ she wrote.

She concluded by writing: ‘It’s going to be a fun night of TV – with the Rockefeller Christmas tree lighting, live at 8 PM beforehand.’

It was announced that Christmas At Graceland was officially in the works this past September.

According to People, the project’s release will mark the first time that a special has been filmed from inside Elvis’ home in Nashville, Tennessee.

Keough, who welcomed Tupelo in August of last year, will serve as one of Christmas At Graceland’s executive producers, and she released a statement to share her enthusiasm for the project.

The 34-year-old actress stated: ‘My family and I are elated to open the doors to Graceland in this first-of-its-kind special.’

It was later revealed that performers including John Legend, Post Malone and Alanis Morissette, as well as Lana, would appear in the project.

Christmas At Graceland is currently scheduled to air on NBC on November 29.
