Lana Del Rey stuns in a floral mini dress for Leeds Festival performance after organisers apologised for cutting her Reading set short

Lana Del Rey looked stunning as she performed at Leeds Festival after suffering a series of technical difficulties at the event’s Reading site.

Festival organisers were forced to apologise when the singer’s Reading show was cut short and she was drowned out by techno sounds coming from another stage.

Retuning to the stage on Sunday evening, Lana, 39, wore a white mini dress with yellow floral detailing.

She teamed the pretty number with a pair of silver western boots ad styled her hair straight.

The songstress was joined on stage by a number of backing dancers for her incredible performance while belting out a number of her hits.

Festival organisers apologised to Lana’s fans after they cut her Reading set short on Saturday night.

The festival shared a statement to Instagram on Sunday morning revealing her performance was cut by five minutes ‘due to production error’.

It read: ‘Reading. Due to an error by the Reading production team we accidentally cut Lana Del Rey’s incredible set short by 5 mins, we apologise unreservedly to Lana and her fans.’

During her slot she also suffered sound issues which saw some fans leave the crowd after just four tracks.

The Summertime Sadness songstress, who arrived on stage 15 minutes late, also drew complaints about her ‘depressing’ setlist.

She opened her slot with Norman F****** Rockwell, before going into Arcadia, Without You and West Coast.

However, Lana battled technical difficulties when she was drowned out by ‘techno’ music coming from another stage.

The crowd were heard chanting ‘turn it up, turn it up!’ as they struggled to hear the musician’s ‘quiet’ singing.

A source told MailOnline: ‘She looked amazing and the set was a castle theme but unfortunately it was so quiet we could barely hear and the base from the other stage drowned her out.

‘She asked at one point, “Can you hear me over that techno?” The crowd was chanting, “Turn it up”, and a lot left by four songs in.

‘She went onto lie down on the stage for a song or two and no one could see her and most of her songs were depressing and not right for the festival vibe.

‘The crowd were really looking forward to seeing her and waited for her set for over an hour but she needed to sing something more upbeat as the crowd were unfortunately not vibing.’

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Lana Del Rey and Festival Republic for comment.
