A Chinese internet influencer who blogs about her classy lifestyle has had her glamorous image wrecked by her fed-up landlady who exposed the online star’s revolting apartment.
Lisa Li has gained over 1.1million followers on her Sina Weibo channel by showcasing her supposedly luxury-laden life of holidays and expensive restaurants.
But in reality she was holed up in a grimy apartment in Xi’an, northern China, littered with rubbish, rotten food and dog faeces.
Exasperated that her tenant had allowed the apartment to fall into such squalor, landlady Ms Chen toured the filthy living area with a camera and shared the footage online.

The video of Ms Li’s ‘double life’ has since gone viral with scores of her followers vowing to no longer watch her content.
Ms Chen said that even professional cleaners were refusing to tackle the pig sty and that Ms Li owed her thousands of yuan in utility bills, according to Pear Video.
In an interview with the outlet, the furious landlady could not believe that this ‘beautiful lady’ was living in such ‘disgusting conditions’.
Since the public backlash, Ms Li has apologised to Ms Chen and promised to clean the apartment.
The internet personality filmed herself meeting with Ms Chen to say sorry, and the pair were seen shaking hands.

The living area had been turned into a pigsty, leading Ms Chen to publicly shame Ms Li for allowing it to fall into squalor
Ms Li told The Paper: ‘Complete responsibility lies with me on this incident. I will clean now, I will even clean overnight.’
But the damning video revealing the dirty apartment may have done lasting damage to her profile.
More than 60,000 people have commented on the video, slamming Ms Li as a ‘fake’.
Ms Chen said that she was forced to publicly shame the influencer – and even call the police – after she disappeared having left the apartment in a mess and was ignoring her calls and text messages.
Ms Li insisted she had not been keeping on top of her messages while she was on a business trip.
