Las Vegas police have a College of Southern Nevada professor on video having sex in public on two separate occasions, earlier this year.

An inmate at the Clark County Detention Center gave a tip to police back in May that attorney and professor, Mark Peplowski, was having an ongoing relationship with a local prostitute.

Police launched a surveillance operation, according to a police report, as the inmate alleged that the couple ‘were involved in criminal activity involving fraud/identity theft.’

Peplowski was seen picking up a woman in his gold Toyota Highlander on June 8. The two had sex outside the truck in a vacant lot, according to the report.

A month later on July 19, he picked up a different woman on the 2500 block of Fremont, an area known for its prostitution.

He allegedly took her to the same lot and had sex with her, standing outside his Highlander.
