Lauren Brant, 28, has revealed her battle with ‘severe anxiety’ this week, following a year-long battle with telecommunications company Telstra.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, the mother-of-one shared an impassioned essay claiming that her interactions with Telstra customer service staff gave her anxiety during her pregnancy with her first child Miller.
‘INSTAFAM- I’m really hoping that I might get some help here? I have been dealing with a issue with Telstra for a year now [sic]. The SAME one… The way they have treated me has been appalling,’ she confessed.

Lauren continued: ‘It has caused me to have severe anxiety through my pregnancy and with a newborn… The problem is still not fixed a I just need to put an end to it, because it’s really upsetting me [sic].’
‘I have been escalated twice to the ‘highest people’ who both resigned and I went back to square one,’ she added, before pleading with her followers to help solve the issue once and for all.
‘So please, if anyone knows someone who works at Telstra, in their Australian Office in Adelaide… please put me in contact with them? PLEASE!’ she concluded.

Lauren gave birth to her first child Miller with partner Barry Hall in May last year.
Lauren has been open about her struggles with motherhood, having recently taken to Instagram to revealing she simply ‘wasn’t coping’ with the situation.
She explained that Miller had been ‘extremely needy’ and wasn’t sleeping properly.

‘He is constantly trying to get close to me, hold my face, feel my skin against his and get comfort from breastfeeding,’ she said.
‘I love that he loves me that much, but I feel drained and so damn exhausted.’
Her candid post was met with support from other mothers on Instagram, who described her honesty as ‘damn inspiring’.
