Laurence Fishburne’s porn star daughter Montana has avoided jail after she pleaded no contest to property damage and DUI.
The troubled 26-year-old was charged with driving under the influence in the early hours of March 11, 2017, after she was pulled over for rear-ending a car on the interstate near Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Police found an open bottle of wine inside Fishburne’s Toyota Corolla and reported that she had a blood-alcohol concentration of .18 – more than twice the legal limit.
Fishburne also gave passing motorists on the busy I-95 an eyeful during her arrest, according to videos of the incident obtained by DailyMail.com, when she urinated at the side of the road.
Montana was arrested for a DUI, DUI property damage and enhanced DUI. She pleaded not guilty to the charges last year, but on February 9, she switched her plea to no contest and accepted a sentence of 12 months’ probation.

The 26-year-old porn star will have to attend MADD meetings, DWI school and stay away from alcohol and intoxicants.
As part of her probation, she will have to submit to random breath and urine tests, and her driver’s license has been suspended.
She must also complete 50 hours of community service.
Fishburne, whose father is a successful actor who starred in the Matrix franchise, previously starred in a hard-core porn tape under the name of Chippy D in 2010.
Fishburne reportedly took up stripping and exotic dancing when she moved to Fort Lauderdale in the wake of the porn career that embarrassed her famous dad.

After Fishburne relieved herself, she asked Pinzon to wipe the roadside debris off of her foot. The trooper then asks to pull her dress down before taking her away in the patrol car
She said in interviews at the time she thought the graphic sex videos would help her become the next Kim Kardashian and parlay the sleaze into mainstream acting gigs.
Instead of receiving propositions for acting roles, Fishburne managed to alienate her famous dad. Her mother is little-known actress Hajna O. Moss.
In 2014, it was reported she quit porn in favor of stripping when a video of her on the stage of Houston strip bar popped up online.
After her DUI, she entered a rehab facility in California in November – the luxury ‘resort style’ Wavelengths Recovery, in Huntington Beach.
The swanky treatment center is said to cost around $30,000 per patient and has treated celebrities such as a Courtney Love, Mel Gibson, Whitney Houston and Robert Downey Jr., according to the website.

She sought treatment just months after a 22-minute video of her arrest released to DailyMail.com by authorities showed Fishburne failing her field sobriety tests as well as her arguments with the police officer.
She appeared highly intoxicated refusing to comply with the officer’s instructions.
Wearing her tight mini dress above her waist, Fishburne made a show out of urinating on the side of the road, and at one point stuck her butt in the air in front of the patient Florida Highway Patrol trooper who tried to refrain from watching.
‘I’m not tripping, I’m a f****** ratchet,’ she told trooper Juan Pinzon as she stepped over the interstate’s guard rail, her dress hitched up way above her V-string panties.
Fishburne is heard telling the office: ‘I really need to pee,’ while lifting up the back of her dress as traffic whizzes by, ‘and I will pee right here on your car. That’s not a problem. I just need to sit down.’

She eventually climbs over the guardrail where she pulled down her thong underwear and squatted.
Other video tapes inside the trooper’s car show Fishburne engaging him into small talk.
‘So, you’re my bae,’ Fishburne tells Pinzon when she finds out he’ll stay with her until she goes to jail. ‘Yeah, you’re my bae.’
‘If you say so,’ he responded.
Fishburne’s DUI arrest was not her first brush with the law.
She was nabbed for prostitution in 2009 and battery plus false imprisonment in 2010, when she reportedly entered into the house of her boyfriend’s ex girlfriend, dragged her into the bathroom and beat her.
