It’s the classic avocado-based dip with tortilla chips that’s always a crowd favourite.
And Leah Itsines, 23, from Adelaide, has shared her seemingly easy-to-follow recipe so you can whip up the perfect guacamole in your kitchen.
In the cooking segment with Jules Sebastian on YouTube, the sister of fitness star Kayla proved how simple it is to throw together a healthy and delicious dip.

All you need is an avocado, tomato, onion, coriander, garlic, lemon and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Jules noticed that the self-taught cook doesn’t focus too much on the quantities of the ingredients, instead being guided by taste.
‘I’m all about the easy, throwing stuff in,’ Leah said.
On her blog the easy recipe queen said that thanks to all of the colourful ingredients, the guacamole is perfect to photograph for Instagram.
‘It’s full of delicious stuff that takes it to a new level,’ she added.

Leah also revealed to Jules in the video that she’s always enjoyed cooking, so making it her career seemed like a ‘no-brainer’.
‘My grandparents and my parents basically taught me everything, we live around food,’ she said.
‘Everything is always at our house with 100 people and so much food, we live and breathe it.’

She explained that the key to turning a passion into a business is consistency.
‘For Mitch and I this is the first year we’ve done it as a business and we’ve tried really hard to pump out the content and [we’re] making sure we’re listening to people… if people ask us for something the next day we’re doing it,’ Leah said.
She also said another important part is waiting it out, as some people throw in the towel too early.
Leah has been running her business for four years and it’s only now that it’s starting to pick up.
‘I’m loving it even more now but often people stop because they’re like ”people don’t care”,’ she said.
‘People do care, you just need to find the right people, answer their questions and do things for people and give back – I think giving back is really important.’
