A judge has signed off on Leah Remini’s divorce from husband of 21 years, Angelo Pagan.
The 54-year-old actress announced her split from the 56-year-old actor in late August with a lengthy social media post.
It comes after the exes, who share 20-year-old daughter Sofia, signed off on their settlement earlier in October.
According to documents reviewed by TMZ, the former couple’s single status will be legally restored in March 2025.
The former spouses reportedly arrived at a divorce settlement without the help of lawyers and only had a mediator present.

In Touch reported the settlement covered spousal support and the division of their assets.
In court documents obtained by the outlet, the actress, who represented herself, stated the ‘written agreement’ addressed ‘their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court.’
It was reported that the agreement tackled spousal support, property, and attorney fees.
People previously reported the exes had asked the court to eliminate spousal support for either party.
In her filing, Remini listed the date of separation as August 1, 2024 and cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for their split.
Remini, who played the role of Carrie Heffernan on The King of Queens from 1998–2007, and Pagan issued a joint statement via Instagram confirming their separation.
With then-and-now photos plastered side-by-side, they wrote, ‘Well, here we are. After 28 years together and 21 years of marriage, we have decided to file for divorce.’
The note went on, ‘This decision came after a lot of thought and care, and as hard as divorce is, we are approaching this with a positive outlook because we know it’s what’s best for us.’

‘We are proud of how we have worked through this together,’ they said. ‘Yes, we’re sad, and we’ve got some figuring out to do as we continue to move forward into our new normal – together still in many ways, and apart in some new ones.’
They added that they ‘both changed, as people do,’ and ‘got used to playing roles that didn’t fit us anymore.’
Remini and Pagan said their ‘bond is still strong’ but ‘it’s just evolved into something different,’ adding that their ‘marriage was a huge success.’
And they emphasized, ‘We want to be as transparent as we can be here because, for years, we shared our marriage so publicly, whether it was on our specials on VH1 or our reality show, which ran for two seasons on TLC.’
