Lewis Hamilton flashes his pecs and his six-pack in bizarre plunging hooded top and flareas he arrives at Grand Prix practice in Qatar

Lewis Hamilton teased his bare chest in a bizarre plunging top and flares as he arrived at practice for the Grand Prix in Qatar on Friday.

The racecar driver, 38, wore the number as he turned up at the Lusail International Circuit, Lusail, Qatar opting to wear a split grey pull over with nothing underneath.

Keeping cool in the sun, Lewis displayed his tattoos, pecs and six-pack under the top which was hooded and plunging in design.

The sports star also donned a pair of dark green sunglasses and wore them with a pair of dark trousers.

Lewis pulled his hood up over his head as he wandered around the race course.

Completing his look, Lewis opted to wear a white watch on his wrist and clutched onto his phone as he made his way to the venue.

The sighting comes just hours after it was confirmed that Lewis would be wearing a Pride helmet at the upcoming race event, despite the illegality of homosexuality in the country.

Lewis first wore a rainbow helmet at the 2021 racing event in Qatar and admitted it was a ‘nerve-wracking’ experience to do so.

He said: ‘I think it’s always good and well raising awareness for things, but it’s more about the work that’s done in the background.

‘I was very proud in 2021, it was also nerve-wracking because I didn’t know how the country would react.

But it was amazing when I do meet people who are incredibly grateful for utilising a platform for something like that, where they felt like they perhaps didn’t feel included.

‘As a sport we have to continue to work on our inclusivity. Diversity continues to be an issue.’

On Thursday, Lewis praised fellow Formula One star Max Verstappen for having done an ‘an exceptional job’ over the course of the season.

He said: ‘Max has been faultless and no-one can take that away from him.

‘He has done an amazing job with the package he has.’

Ahead of the young racer’s expected victory at the weekend, he added: ‘He and the team have been phenomenal. They’ve raised the bar’.
