Cheryl will be seen alongside music mogul Simon Cowell as she helps him whittle down the talent in the Groups category in the nail-biting Judges Houses’ episode.
Confessing that he couldn’t wait to rush home to join Cheryl for the TV comeback, Liam admitted: ‘We’re going sit down together and have a watch of that.
‘She looked fantastic, I saw from one of the photos! Obviously she also got to spend time with the wonderful Mr.Cowell,’ he continued to excite himself over what to expect in the episode.
For Liam, his music career started back in 2010 when on the guidance of Cowell he joined One Direction.
While they didn’t win the show, they have gone on to achieve major worldwide success – and Liam proved on the red carpet just how far he had come.

Meanwhile, Liam’s gushing words come after it was revealed Simon Cowell ‘isn’t ruling out’ a permanent return to The X Factor for Cheryl, after being reunited with her for this year’s Judges’ Houses part of the competition.
‘Cheryl and Simon spoke about her going back next year. Obviously Simon is desperate to get her back,’ Liam, 24, revealed to The Sun on Friday of the matter. ‘Cheryl and Simon have such a lovely relationship.
‘We’re all edging for her to get back to work, it’s just finding the right time and the right way to do things.

Cheryl’s involvement in The X Factor has been a tumultuous affair.
Having been hand-plucked from Girls Aloud by Simon to join the judging line up in 2008, she went with the show to the US in 2011 but was fired. She returned to the UK version in 2014-2015 and then decided to leave again.
But the 34-year-old singer is back this week as Simon’s guest for Judges Houses – and Simon, 57, hinted he wants her back full-time.
Asked by The Daily Star whether Simon would re-install her on the panel permanently, he replied: ‘We’ll consider it. Let’s wait till the end of the show… maybe [current judges Nicole Scherzinger and Sharon Osbourne] don’t want come back.
‘Let’s see what happens, I wouldn’t rule anything out.’
Meanwhile, Cheryl has spoken out about her difficult pregnancy and how she ‘hated’ the nine months before the arrival of baby Bear.
The Ghetto Baby songstress spoke to The Sun about the struggles of her journey as she confessed: ‘A lot of stuff went on and I just didn’t enjoy it’ yet confessed this has been ‘the best six months’ with beau Liam,.
Speaking of life since making her life from the enamoured two to three, she admitted she finds the entire situation ‘amazing’, in her gushing interview.
She said: ‘It changes your life completely but in the most amazing way. But I’ve had the best six months of my life. Really. I hated being pregnant. A lot of stuff went on and I just didn’t enjoy it.’
Cheryl and Liam confirmed their romance in February 2016, after first being linked the previous December having been re-acquainted at the 2015 X Factor final.
