Lily Allen reveals she is STILL using name from her first marriage to Sam Cooper… seven months after wedding second husband David Harbour

Lily Allen has retained her original married name despite exchanging vows with second husband David Harbour seven months ago. 

The singer, 35, confirmed she is yet to change her surname while sharing a photo of her COVID-19 vaccination ticket with Instagram followers on Tuesday. 

While revealing she had received her first dose of the Oxford AstraZeneca jab, the name ‘Cooper’ was clearly legible at the top of her card.

Lily’s seven year marriage to builder Sam Cooper, with whom she shares daughters Ethel, nine, and Marnie, seven, ended in 2018, with the singer later admitted she had cheated on her husband. 

Cooper, 42, has since revealed his engagement to aristocratic designer girlfriend India Windsor-Clive, two years after his divorce from the singer.

He announced the news on Instagram on Friday as he branded himself ‘an extraordinarily lucky man’.

Sharing a picture of himself and his 32-year-old bride-to-be sitting side-by-side, he wrote: ‘She is beautiful, wonderful, magical in every way… and she said yes!!!! An extraordinarily lucky man I am. Wow.’

Lily previously admitted she cheated on Sam after struggles with fame led her to lose her identity.

In her tell-all book, My Thoughts Exactly, she exposed how a showdown with Sam almost resulted in her being sectioned.

After the breakdown of her five-year marriage to Sam in 2016, Lily had a furious row with her ex over his apparent reluctance to discuss his new romance.

In her memoir, the singer also confessed to hiring female sex workers on her international tour Sheezus in 2014 following the breakdown of their marriage.

Following her divorce from Cooper Lily married Stranger Things star Harbour at the famed Graceland Wedding Chapel in September 2020. 

In photos shared from the ceremony, Lily opted for a short 60s-inspired Dior dress to exchange vows with a suited and booted David, before celebrating their union with dinner at the fast food chain In-N-Out.

During the ceremony Lily, which was officiated by an Elvis Presley impersonator, Lily also used the name Cooper.
