Lily James, 33, and Sharon Stone, 63, wow at Armani show

Lily James and Sharon Stone led the glamour at Giorgio Armani’s One Night Only Dubai fashion show at the Armani Hotel in the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday evening. 

The Pursuit Of Love star, 32, looked nothing short of sensational in a bust-boosting silver gown while the Basic Instinct actress, 63, went for an edgy look comprising a top adorned with an image of a young Giorgio Armani. 

They were joined at the event by the man himself, 87, who posed up a storm on the red carpet with Sharon, while his niece Roberta Armani, 51, posed with Clive Owen, 57, and his daughter Eve, 22.

Lily looked breathtaking in her chic gown as she sashayed  down the red carpet giving a nod to the cardinal legs-or-cleavage rule in the deeply plunging, floor-sweeping gown. 

She paired the ensemble with simple yet stunning strappy gold heels alongside delicate gold earrings and a solitary gold ring – allowing her chic dress to do all the talking. 

Sharon meanwhile was pledging her allegiance to the designer by wearing the dazzling top complete with an image of the Giorgio in his formative years and pairing the look with a full-length skirt.   

She opted for dramatic make-up with a slick of red lipstick and heavily lined eyes while her hair was styled into her trademark spunky bleached crop with product worked through her locks.

Clive meanwhile cut a suave figure in a blue suit with an unbuttoned white shirt underneath while Eve oozed elegance in a powder blue two piece paired with a silver handbag and kitten heels.

Giorgio proudly strutted down the runway while surrounded by the legion of stunning models, as he donned a sleek ensemble comprising a black double breasted suit and crisp white shirt.

Stranger Things star Madelyn Cline, 23, looked sensational in a keyhole patterned jumpsuit paired with heavy eye make-up and a sleek hairdo pulled off her face and falling from a centre parting. 

The show comes shortly after Giorgio was criticised for saying women are being ‘raped’ by designers who push them to wear provocative clothing. The Italian fashion designer’s comments sparked fury and he was accused of diminishing sexual assault during a rant against sexualisation in the industry.

Mr Armani, 85, who is famed for his modest designs, said it was ‘time for me to say what I think’ before asserting that ‘you can rape a woman in many ways’.

He said that ‘throwing [a woman] in the basement’ and ‘suggesting she dresses in a certain way’ were both forms of sexual assault. ‘If a lady walks on the street and sees an ad with a woman with her boobs and a*** in plain sight and she wants to be like that too, that’s a way of raping her,’ he said.
