Miss Fonda, 79, walked the red carpet in an elegant bright fuchsia gown.
She also wore jewellery encrusted with diamonds and emeralds, and showed off a new hairstyle with a blonde fringe and ponytail.
Country singer Miss Parton, 71, wore a white diamante figure-hugging dress while Miss Tomlin, 78, wore a black suit teamed with a chunky diamond necklace.
They joined stars including Alec Baldwin – who won an award for his impersonations of the President – to take digs at Donald Trump.
Referring to their roles as office girls in 9 To 5, Miss Fonda said: ‘In 1980… we refused to be controlled by a sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot.’
Miss Tomlin said: ‘And in 2017, we still refuse to be controlled by a sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot.’
