Lindsay Ellingson reveals she’s given birth to second son with husband Sean Clayton

Lindsay Ellingson has welcomed her second child with husband Sean Clayton.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the 37-year-old Victoria’s Secret Angel revealed that she’d given birth to a son on Saturday, December 11.

‘And just like that… Roen Allen Clayton was born on 12/11 at 11:13pm,’ captioned Ellingson, who shared several tender images of herself in a hospital bed with the newborn in her arms.

She continued: ‘Our hearts are so full and we can’t wait to see Roen and Carter grow together, they will be BFFs for life!’ 

Ellingson sported a noticeable glow in her sweet post-birth snapshots while her little one looked cozy in a striped blanket with a bonnet on his head.

The model’s jaw-length blonde hair was parted to one side and she sported minimal makeup. 

In one precious portrait, Lindsay pressed little Roen against her chest and planted a kiss on his head.

She also included a close-up shot of baby Roen and a candid snap of her hubby spending some one-on-one time with their newest addition.

Lindsay and Sean, who wed in 2014 after seven years of dating, already share an adorable one-year-old son named Carter.

She gave birth to Carter in May of 2020 at the height of the coronavirus pandemic.

The couple revealed this past August that they were expecting ‘baby #2’ and that Lindsay was already halfway through her pregnancy.

She shared the happy news to Instagram and noted in her caption that ‘Carter has no clue but I know he will be such a sweet and loving big brother.’

Lindsay, Carter and Sean posed for a maternity shoot as a family, which saw the supermodel rocking a patterned, button-up baby doll dress.

In the months following the pregnancy announcement, the blonde beauty kept her nearly 1million Instagram followers updated on her journey.

After entering her third trimester in October, Lindsay proudly showed off her bare baby bump and admitted that she was ‘a little nervous’ to experience ‘no sleep newborn phase again’ once her second child is born.

Despite her nerves, she gushed over being ‘so grateful for this healthy pregnancy’ and having a sibling for Carter.

One day prior to Roen’s December 11 birth, Lindsay took to Instagram to give her fans one last update and even asked any fellow mommies to share what their ‘must-have’ items are for the hospital.

‘I should probably start packaging my hospital bag,’ she added in her caption.
