Lithuania 0-1 England PLAYER RATINGS

England finished off their World Cup campaign with a win, beating Lithuania in their own back yard to add another three points to the board.

Harry Kane expertly drilled home a penalty for the only goal of the game after his Tottenham team-mate Dele Alli was felled in the area.

Sportsmail’s SAMI MOKBEL was on hand to deliver his player ratings.

Jack Butland – Two excellent saves. Will eventually be England’s No 1, but will it be in time for the World Cup? 7

Harry Maguire – Should have marked debut with at least one goal. A largely comfortable senior bow. 6.5

John Stones – Held England’s back-three together well. Seems to be over last season’s wobble. 6.5

Michael Keane – A couple of nervy moments but a solid enough display from the Everton man. 6

Kieran Trippier – Saw plenty of the ball but merely keeping the shirt warm for Kyle Walker. 6

Jordan Henderson – Passing was wayward at times, but still influential having the most touches of any player. 6

Harry Winks – Impressive on his England debut. On this evidence, worth a second call-up next month. 7.5

Aaron Cresswell – Showed decent delivery but will struggle to make World Cup squad once Danny Rose is fit. 6.5

Dele Alli – Heavily involved, winning the penalty that saw England take the lead. 6.5

Marcus Rashford – His pace posed a problem for Lithuania but not the impact of previous two England performances. 6

Harry Kane – Another game, another goal. Just give him the armband now. 7
