Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne grapples with woman during late-night row outside Mayfair club

Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne was spotted grappling with a woman outside a Mayfair nightclub last night.

The footballer was seen fighting with the mystery girl outside Tape nightclub, a high-end spot favoured by the likes of Usain Bolt and Justin Bieber.

The right back, 27, was surprisingly omitted from England’s world cup team by Gareth Southgate and remained in London as his would-be teammates jetted off to Russia.

Clyne could be seen holding and pushing the woman outside the Mayfair club at around 3am this morning.

At one point in the heated argument he is seen to raise an arm above the woman, who appears to shove him away.

Dressed in a white mid-length skirt, a light pink top and heels, the woman appears to lash out at the Stockwell-born player.

In another photo the woman is seen crossing her arms as Clyne leans in.
