Mohamed Salah has once again thrown his Liverpool future into doubt by admitting he would be interested in a move to Spain.
The Egyptian forward stunned the Reds back in December when he admitted he would be open to joining LaLiga giants Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Salah, 28, has become a star at Anfield under Jurgen Klopp since joining from Roma in 2017, scoring 119 goals in 192 appearances for the club on his way to claiming the Champions League and Premier League titles.

He is out of contract in the summer of 2023 and, in an interview with Marca, Salah has admitted that it is possible he could leave Anfield for a move to Spain in the future.
When asked if he is keen to experience Spanish football, Salah, who is currently on international duty with Egypt, said: ‘I hope to be able to play for many more years.
‘Why not? No one knows what’s going to happen in the future.
‘So… maybe one day, yes. It’s not up to me.
‘We’ll see what happens but I prefer not to talk about that now.’
Asked about his relationship with Reds boss Jurgen Klopp, Salah added: ‘It’s a normal relationship between two professionals. That’s how I’d describe it.’
Salah’s response about his future was similar to the one he gave Spanish outlet AS back in December when he was asked if he would rule out a move to LaLiga in the future.
Back then he said: ‘I think Madrid and Barcelona are two top clubs.

‘Who knows what will happen in the future, but right now I am focused on winning the Premier League and the Champions League with Liverpool again.’
When pressed on his future further, Salah insisted everything was in Liverpool’s hands, adding: ‘That’s a tough question, but right now I can say that everything is in the hands of the club.
‘Of course I want to break records here and, I repeat, all the club records, but everything is in the hands of the club.’
In a nightmare season for the reigning Premier League champions, Salah has still been ice cold in front of goal and has scored 25 goals in 40 appearances, leading the race for the Premier League’s Golden Boot.
He scored in both legs of Liverpool’s Champions League last-16 tie with RB Leipzig and will now line up against former foe Sergio Ramos after the Reds drew Real Madrid in the quarter finals.

Salah played in the 2018 Champions League final against Real Madrid but was forced to come off in the first half after suffering a shoulder dislocation following a collision with Sergio Ramos.
Asked if he wants revenge on the veteran Spanish defender, Salah replied: ‘That game is in the past, so I don’t think about it.
‘I’m thinking about the team. Everyone is focused on their team and everyone wants to win… that’s it.’
On getting revenge for that in Kiev, Salah said: ‘Let’s just say that I have special motivation to win the tie and go through to the semi finals.
‘What’s going to happen now isn’t going to change the result of the final in Kiev. That’s in the past.’
