Lleyton and Bec Hewitt’s former Toorak mansion hits the market again after power couple sold property for $15.2million in 2021

A luxurious property previously owned by Australian tennis legend Lleyton Hewitt and his wife Bec has hit the market.

Lleyton, 43, and Bec, 40, sold their mega mansion in Melbourne’s upmarket suburb of Toorak in 2021 to businessman Dan Baxter for $15.2million.

The following year, Baxter’s business was placed into voluntary administration.

The Victory Offices’ founder and director has now listed the home for sale with a $15.2million to $16million asking range.

The three-storey luxe mansion features five expansive bedrooms, each with their own en suite, as well as a parents’ retreat and a dressing room at the top level.

In the basement there is a 12-seat cinema, a gym, a 1800-bottle wine cellar and a vehicle garage.

Also included is a series of spacious living and dining spaces and French provincial-inspired kitchen with high-quality appliances and a study.

The outside has a in-built trampoline, heated pool and a court with astro turf and a basketball ring to place basketball or tennis.

After selling the property, Lleyton and Bec splashed out $10million on a resort-style mega mansion in Sydney’s Hills District in November 2023.

The couple first met on the tennis court for a charity game at the Starlight Cup back in 1999.

The pair didn’t see each other for a few years, and later reconnected via text after Bec sent a message to congratulate Lleyton on winning Wimbledon.

They finally decided to meet up in person in 2005, and became engaged after a whirlwind romance that lasted six weeks.

They share three children: daughters Mia, 18, and Ava, 13, and son Cruz, 15.
