What happens when you cross Love Island with the Weekender franchise, add €50,000 euros and members of the public looking for a luxury lifestyle, all set against the sunkissed backdrop of Greece’s Aegean islands?
The result is hot new ITVX reality show, Loaded In Paradise, which sees cast members including TikTok stars, aspiring Love Island contestants and best friends compete against each other in a bid to gain control of a luxury gold card.
The series begins with six pairs and a gold card pre-loaded with cash, designed to be blown on the wildest and most decadent trip of their lives.

However, the twist comes as only one lucky pair can be in control of the card at any time. Therefore, it’s their job to live their best life on the run, but not get caught.
Meanwhile the other pairs will be trying to hunt them down and take control of the card, which will be loaded up daily with a fresh cash injection.
With dating, double-crossing and dashing from location to location par for the course, the contestants are prepared to do anything to ensure they won’t end up in dingy digs.
At the end of each 48-hour chase, a luxury safehouse will open and everyone will reconvene. The luxurious homes will allow viewers to see the drama and fallout of the chase as they all come together. It’s up to them to ensure that nothing throws them off their quest for the gold card.
On the final leg of the chase, there’ll be a big twist as everyone chases the gold card one last time.

The pair say they hope to delight their fans on the show and be an inspiration to those watching.
Ieun said: ‘I’m trying to concentrate on not sweating. we’re stupid and I think it would hep us if we got the card/ we bicker, we won’t fall out, we’d get tattoos , something weird and spontaneous.

Kane added: ‘I’ve never been abroad before, my parents don’t like flying, so they’re excited to be abroad.’
The pair spoke about their motivations for taking part, saying they wished to ‘surprise themselves’: ‘We’ve always said we’re gonna be the fattest and we’re gonna slay it 100 per cent, we’re gonna surprise ourselves. We’re not worried about the other contestants, they should be worried about us.
‘We’re gonna go with the flow and normally it works out for us.’
Speaking about how they will work together, Ieuan said: ‘We know each other’s lines and not to cross it, our followers are going to go absolutely crazy.
‘Being on TikTok will be an advantage after the show, in dealing with comments
‘Trolling doesn’t bother me at all, most of our fans are nice, what can they say about us We don’t care what people think about us.’

Guy said of the show: ‘It is surreal so far, it’s very exciting. we’ve never considered reality TV ever, money has always been a massive issue with a student loan and I waste all my money usually. We would never have gone travelling for at least five years before this.
Jamie added: ‘I suspect we won’t have the gold card all the time. We’re going to use the safe houses to our advantage, and play dumb a little bit and give out false information, like we’ll say “we’re interested in cheeseboards and wine tasting”.
‘We need to set strict rules on things, we make a strong plan, we think about what we want.’

Kishon currently works in retail at All Saints, whilst Kara has just created her own agency working with companies to improve their social media accounts.
They also both attend the Retail Fashion Academy in London – Kishon is currently studying fashion buying and merchandising, whilst Kara is studying fashion marketing.
Kishon said: ‘I knew it was the right show, we live like we haven’t got a limit anyway, the money and the holiday of a lifetime is a massive draw for us.’
‘I’ll do whatever I want to do, until that money is gone.’
Kara said: ‘I’m used to budgeting, I’ve traveled around south east Asia but Kishon, he only stayed in a hostel once and he hated it.
The pair plan to go skydiving, participate in extreme sports, travel on a yacht, and visit the ‘bougiest parties’.
Kara said the pair plan to make friends with the locals so ‘they can help us not be noticed’ by the other contestants.
Kishon said: ‘We’re in this for a game and not to be buddies, to find out information, and we’re going to keep people close.
Kara said: ‘Kishon loves to stir the pot and I just want peace and love all the time’ with Kishon saying: ‘I’m fiery in that sense, we’re going to be ourselves and make sure we’re close to everyone.’

Karra added: ‘We want to win it the first time and don’t want to sink, we wanna keep on that string of winning, suss out our competition, how can we trip them up?

Tommy added: ‘I’m not going to let the show change my character, Ellie on the other hand… I’m not like that, I want to make friends and hope we can all help each other in some way. I’m in winning mode, I’m not here to make friends but I’ve been brought up a certain way and you never know when you’ll need that person down the line
