Nick Verdi, head of Savills Shoreditch comments ‘This is the kind of house that ticks so many boxes; not only is it in a great location with easy access to the West End, it’s also a really attractive home both inside and out.

‘Over the past few years the property has been beautifully renovated by the current owners who have done such a great job in celebrating its period features while also incorporating their own sense of style.

‘To have a historic home on the market of this specification, size and location is pretty rare so we expect to receive interest from all types of buyers who want a central London base with a great lifestyle offering on their doorstep.’
